The Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Los Angeles will be hosting an official consular outreach service in Redwood City, California, to assist Polish citizens with passport applications.

January 15–17, 2026

  • Friday, January 16: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Saturday, January 17: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

  • This is an official consular duty conducted by the Polish Consulate in Los Angeles

  • Intended for individuals who need to apply for or renew a Polish passport

  • Applicants should ensure they bring all required documentation for passport submission


RULES FOR REGISTERING FOR DUTY:

To make an appointment with the consul regarding submitting a passport application, please book your appointment via the website:www.e-konsulat.gov.pl

PLEASE NOTE:Meeting dates will be made available on the above-mentioned website onDecember 14, 2025, at 7:00 PM (Los Angeles, California time).


Instructions:

  1. After opening the above-mentioned page, select “Consular visit in Redwood City, CA (January 15–17, 2026)” in the “Type of service” field, then fill out all required fields and follow the instructions.

  2. After successfully scheduling an appointment, please send the system-generated confirmation of your visit along with a copy of a valid ID document to the following e-mail address:losangeles.passport@msz.gov.pl

  3. In the case of a child’s first passport, please attach a scan of the child’s Polish birth certificate (the original should be brought to the meeting).

  4. In the case of a first passport for an adult, you must attach a scan of the decision issued by the voivode confirming Polish citizenship, a Polish copy of your birth certificate, and a Polish copy of your marriage certificate (for people who married abroad).(The originals should be brought to the meeting.)

  5. FEES:Payments are accepted only in the form of money orders or cashier’s checks (we do not accept cash or personal checks) made payable to:CONSULATE GENERAL OF POLAND IN LOS ANGELES

  6. A photograph will be present on site.

  7. Parents applying for a passport for their minor child should bring their valid Polish ID documents. At least one parent should present a valid Polish ID (passport or ID card).
